Green Plant Coffee Co places crucial importance on ethical sourcing and sustainability. We incorporate sustainable values into our supply chain management to provide our customers with premium quality coffee. We believe that great coffee starts with responsible sourcing, and true quality goes hand in hand with sustainability.
Our sourcing philosophy is built on a commitment to quality, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. We carefully select the finest Arabica and Robusta beans from responsible growers who prioritize ethical farming practices and environmental stewardship. We source our coffee beans directly from Brazilian farms leveraging the South Atlantic supply chain.
Our sourcing process begins with extensive research and due diligence. We work with a network of experienced coffee professionals who help us identify potential sourcing partners in Brazil.
We conduct a thorough assessment of farming and supply practices to ensure they align with our quality and sustainability policy. We collaborate closely with farmers and cooperatives to ensure their products meet the required standards of quality, environmental impact, labor conditions, and ethics.
Subsequently, we work closely with the chosen brand to develop and sign a partnership deal. This deal outlines the terms of our partnership including the price we’ll pay for their beans, the quality standards we expect, and the logistics of getting their beans to our facility.
We’re committed to transparency in our sourcing practices. We believe that our customers have a right to know where their coffee comes from, and how it was sourced. In light of this, we publicize information about our sourcing activities, including the countries and regions where we source our beans, the names of our partner farms and cooperatives, and the efforts toward ensuring sustainability. Our goal is to build a community of coffee lovers who care about sustainability and social responsibility.
